Is this some news?

Yeahhhhhh...
OK, the project...

Well the past few weeks we have had some group problems, mainly the fact that we were not in contact that much, but with the assistance of the blog I'm sure we just to update more often.
So this is the 4th week, this week I shall be completing early maya drafts of the circus rides (extended to 5th week if needed) and the concept of the fair, rides and stands... somehow :/

I have doubts that the fair won't be our image, but if we can learn a lot from this project then wouldn't that be the motivation for completing this? Since the start of this project I've really started to get into Maya, the thing which I had lack of concentration for the past year and if my mind stays in tact over maya then I might be able to get somewhere with the project by the end of the 3rd year. ANYWAY, this is the week to really get to grips together. Lets see how it turns out.

Oh and here is for some cake, for whoever is reading this post... me... my group... random people... tutors who will fail us... yeah... everyone is welcome!

This is not the place for Portal jokes.

There are no Ants in this country

Welcome to the blog. This is the first "serious" post of the journal.

The Buildings Project group consists of myself, Leonard and Michael. You can view their blogs on the right hand side of the page. It's been two weeks now since we were formed and the time spent resulting in forming a story (including storyboards) for the final idea to be carried out. Our Ideas ranged from Zoomed-Pespective buildings to Dystopian Factories, but the idea we've decided to carry out was actually the first idea noted. It got the group's attention and brought our team together more which is one reason we carried out this idea. The other idea was the fact that it has many options we can be creative and to have fun with... oh, the idea is to design a "Funfair" for your information.

We were in discusssion if this funfair would be futuristic or outdated, but the conversation resulted in keeping it modern, since we lack the time to further research and develop an idea to create a funfair different, yet recognisable. My two original ideas for this project, which I would have liked to seen (mainly the first idea) including a Factory with a animated "Conveyor belt", or a superhero/villain lair. The Factory idea could have been for Drinks, Slaughtering Animals or for children's toys/candy. This left is open for detail and movement within the building. We decided to not use this idea due to the fact that there would have been too much detail to be used in the final production which lead back to the idea of the "Funfair".

If you "managed" to read that, that pretty much starts this blog. Oh, and the next blog shall feature ants. Why you say? Because it makes the blog attractive... savy?
